As a Mother and Daughter team working together in Real Estate intermittently for the last 20 years Betsy Ryan and Carlin Glorieux have set their focus on Downtown San Diego!!

Betsy is a real estate professional and high-rise specialist with experience going back many years both in Los Angeles high-rises and as a sales consultant in the original Renaissance Sales Organization in downtown San Diego. After opening the Vertical Village Realty Resale Office, Betsy led the successful launch and sales efforts for both Alta, located on 6th and Market and Aria, located on 9th Ave on Cortez Hill.

Carlin has been active in real estate in the Los Angeles area specializing in high-rise real estate and participated in the offering of the Renaissance, Pinnacle, and Alta in San Diego. Carlin has been living and working between San Diego and Santa Monica since attending San Diego State University in the late 1980's. After a short diversion into Commercial Television Production, she permanently moved to San Diego and joined Vertical Village Realty in 2004.
