Martha is originally from Ithaca, NY, and after graduating from the University of Buffalo she moved to California. Having lived and worked in San Diego for the past 13 years, her background is in computers and mapping, and she has experience as a small business owner. Martha holds an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from San Diego State University and has been a Licensed Realtor® in San Diego since 2006.

Martha is a resident of Downtown San Diego, owning a condo in the East Village since 2002, and loves experiencing everything that downtown has to offer. She and her husband, Jim, a San Diego native, enjoy going to local sporting events. They have season tickets to the Padres and the Aztecs, and go to as many Chargers games as possible.
