Stephanie Segura-Dolch is originally from Orange County, California. After graduating from California State University at San Marcos on a full golf scholarship, she chose to reside in beautiful San Diego County. Stephanie has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis on Marketing. She currently is the Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager for both Vertical Village office locations.

Stephanie began her career in real estate in 2007 and immediately found herself immersed entirely in her business. With Stephanie’s hard work and enthusiasm, she continually strives to make Vertical Village Realty the leading Real Estate Company in the Downtown Area with the help of her fellow associates.

She believes the keys to being a successful Realtor is not only by staying knowledgeable in the market but to also be energetic and always project a positive attitude.
